Organisational members and partners of IPAA Qld are entitled to receive either 1 table (of 10), 2 tables (of 20), or 5 seats as part of their membership. If you are not sure if you are an organisation member please view the list here or email IPAA Queensland team at ipaaqld@psc.qld.gov.au to confirm what you receive.

How to make table bookings

  1. Table size options
    • Select the number of seats allocated to your organisation in the first field (e.g., 5, 10, 20). Please ensure you select multiples of 5, 10 or 20 seats according to your allocation. You can either enter attendee details now or choose the option to confirm them by 17 April 2026.
    • If you are booking additional tables, please select in multiples of 10 seats (e.g., 10, 20, 30, etc.). Use the total price as a guide to ensure the correct number of seats is being purchased.
  2. Attendee information
    • Once your table is booked, you must provide the full names of all attendees occupying your seats by 17 April 2026.
  3. Need assistance?
    • If you have any access or support requirements to participate fully, need help with your booking, or have specific needs, please contact our team at ipaaqld@psc.qld.gov.au.

  • Book early to secure your preferred table size.
  • Ensure all attendee details are accurate and submitted by the deadline to avoid delays or issues on the day of the event.
